Appa's Words About Food

I hear him say
which category do you want,
to belong to? Most people
eat to live.

Some live to eat
but we were busy,
what with a not so well mother
we grabbed what food we could manage.

Sometimes, Appa would slip in
a Cadbury's Diary Milk chocolate
and say, ''that is only if you are really
really hungry,'' so we just managed.

Now also I do the minimal
but spend half an hour watching Master Chef

feeling satiated.
