Did I see a congratulation for your poem in Slow Trains, Bob?
If possible could you kindly post the link,
I would love to rad those two poems.
Thanks
Ieuan

Yes, I read it. Very good.
It's what happened to me
when I met my wife.
She was an excellent skater.
Town champion. I used a chair
to keep my balance kids sniggered
at me as I crashed to the ice.
Like I was on the big dipper.
I tried to write about it, but failed.
Your poem reminded me of the event.
I felt the whole family were disappointed in me.
Even 3 year olds can skate in Holland.
Enjoyed the poem.
